All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, youβll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
π Shipping Time & Carriers
We offer Standard Shipping within eligible U.S. states.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3β5 business days, depending on your location
- Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size
- All orders include tracking
Please note that delivery timelines do not include processing time. Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier-related issues beyond our control.
π Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the continental United States, excluding:
- New York
- Florida
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Washington D.C.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
π Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items
In the event of a stocking issue:
- We will ship the item within 30 days, or
- If the item cannot be fulfilled within that timeframe (and no availability date was listed in the product description), we will issue a full refund
- You will be notified by email if your order is affected

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, shipping method, and delivery address.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions β subscribe to our email list to stay updated.
π¦ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is shipped and tracking is provided, HuntClubUSA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, if you need assistance locating your order or initiating a claim, weβre happy to help β email us at support@huntclubusa.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Weβll do our best to assist if your order has not yet shipped.
