At HUNTCLUBUSA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our full return and exchange policy below and contact us with any concerns or questions!
🔁 Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 20 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and unopened, with tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required
- Only one return or exchange is allowed per order
- A non-refundable $8 return fee applies to cover shipping and restocking
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
To request a return, email support@huntclubusa.com or submit a contact form under our Contact tab. Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer one size exchange per order for eligible apparel items. Exchanges are subject to the following:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact
- Only one exchange per customer per order is permitted
- An $8 flat fee applies to cover return shipping
- Exchanges are only available for size changes — not for alternate styles or items

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue
- We’ll evaluate the situation and offer a resolution — either a replacement or refund
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., opened grooming or beauty items)
- Custom or personalized products
- Flammable liquids, hazardous materials, or restricted items

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us
