If You Are Selected as a Potential Winner:

• Official Notifications: Winners will only be contacted via the email, phone number, or mailing address provided upon entry. Official notifications will come only from HUNTCLUBUSA, LLC at the contact details listed in these rules.
• No Payment Required: We will never ask you to pay any fees to claim a prize. HUNTCLUBUSA will never request bank account details, credit card information, or any form of personal payment.
• Tax Forms & Releases: If required by law, winners may need to complete a U.S. tax form and provide a Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. Additionally, winners may be required to complete affidavits, waivers, and release forms before claiming their prize.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The HUNTCLUBUSA 2025 Colorado Hog Hunt Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia (the "Territory") who are:

• 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi)
• Located within the Territory at the time of entry
• Have never been convicted of a felony or any crime of moral turpitude

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of HUNTCLUBUSA, LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, advertising and fulfillment agencies, and any company involved in the development, administration, or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the "Promotion Parties").
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and household members of the above individuals.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The HUNTCLUBUSA 2025 Colorado Hog Hunt Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on March 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on July 31st, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

• Purchase entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MST on July 31st, 2025.
• Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 21, 2025, and received no later than July 31st, 2025 to be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter through the following methods:

A. Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period:

• Visit www.huntclubusa.com (the “Website”)
• Create a free account and purchase one or more products
• For every $1 USD spent (excluding taxes and shipping), you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway

Purchase Entry Rules:

• Transactions that involve refunds, chargebacks, declined payments, or canceled orders will NOT be eligible for entries
• All required purchase and account information must be completed to qualify

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, submit a handwritten entry following these guidelines:

Mail-In Submission Requirements

• Each entry must be handwritten. Typed, printed, photocopied, or stamped entries will NOT be accepted.
• Legibility Required: Illegible or difficult-to-read entries will be disqualified.
• Responses must be unique. Repetitive, copied, or AI-generated responses will be rejected.

Mandatory Response Questions

Participants may submit four (4) handwritten entries, each answering a different question below:

1. "What is the most meaningful outdoor adventure you’ve experienced, and how has it impacted you?"
2. "Why do you believe this hog hunt experience would be significant for you?"
3. "What is your favorite outdoor activity, and how do you prepare for it?"
4. "Describe your dream outdoor experience and why it stands out to you."

Each response must be at least 50 words. Entries failing to meet this requirement will be disqualified.

Postcard & Mailing Requirements

Size: Each entry must be submitted on a 4” x 6” or 5” x 7” postcard
One Question Per Postcard: Multiple answers on a single postcard will result in disqualification
Handwritten Information Required: Each postcard must include (in the following order):

• Your Full Name
• Complete Street Address
• Email Address
• Daytime Phone Number
• Birth date
• Optional: Instagram Handle (if applicable)

Mailing Instructions

• Each postcard must be mailed individually with proper postage (no outer envelop)
• Multiple postcards in a single mailing or bulk shipments will be disqualified
• Acceptable Mail Services: USPS First-Class Mail or equivalent
• Unacceptable Delivery Methods: Hand-delivered, express mail, or courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) will NOT be accepted

Submission Limits & Entry Caps

• Participants may submit up to four (4) handwritten postcards
• Each valid postcard is worth 100 entries
• Maximum of 400 entries per participant
• If a participant submits more than four (4) postcards, ALL mail-in entries will be disqualified
• The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deem any mail-in entry invalid if it fails to fully comply with the submission guidelines or appears to be inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

• Final Receipt Deadline: All mail-in entries must be received no later than July 31, 2025

ENTRY LIMITATION

LIMIT 400 ENTRIES PER INDIVIDUAL, PER PHONE NUMBER. Duplicate entries using DIFFERENT EMAILS WITH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER, or MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS USED BY THE SAME PERSON, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

One (1) winner will receive an all-inclusive Colorado hog hunt experience for themselves and one (1) guest, including:

• Two (2) hog tags for hunting at a private lodge (ARV: $2,900)
• Two (2) nights of lodging at the private lodge (ARV: $200)
• Meals and beverages during the experience (ARV: $100)
• A fully guided hunt by Severson Outfitters (ARV: $200)
• Hunt accompanied by the HUNTCLUBUSA crew (No cash value assigned)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,400

Hunt Date & Attendance Requirement

• The hunt will take place on August 15–17, 2025.
• The hunt dates are fixed and will not change under any circumstances.
• The winner and guest MUST arrive at the lodge no later than August 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM (MST).
• Failure to arrive on time will result in complete forfeiture of the prize.
• The prize CANNOT be rescheduled, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
• If the winner fails to attend, they forfeit the prize entirely with no alternative compensation.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Prize Drawing:
On or about August 1, 2025, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected.

Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within 24 to 48 hours of the drawing.
The winner must respond to the notification within 24 to 48 hours to claim the prize.

If the winner fails to respond within the specified time frame, declines the prize, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Once a potential winner accepts the prize and begins the verification process, they will have 24 hours to sign and return all liability waivers and other required documents at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Failure to complete and return these documents within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of a new winner.

6. WINNER & GUEST ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

• The hunt will take place on August 15–17, 2025, and these are the only available dates.
• The winner and their guest MUST arrive at the designated lodge no later than August 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM MST.
• All travel to the lodge must be arranged and paid for by the winner and guest, at their own expense and by their own means of transportation.
• Failure to arrive by the specified date and time will result in complete forfeiture of the prize.
  No exceptions, rescheduling, substitutions, or compensation will be offered.
• If the winner chooses not to bring a guest, or if the guest is unable or unwilling to attend for any reason:
• The guest portion of the prize will be entirely forfeited.
• No cash, refund, replacement, or alternate prize will be provided for the unused guest portion.
• The guest portion has no cash value and will not be reassigned, repurposed, or transferred.
• The winner and guest are solely responsible for both arrival and departure transportation.
• Sponsor will not provide return travel, airport transfers, or compensation for travel delays or missed departures.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR HUNT WINNERS

• Winner and guest must participate on the specified dates – no alternative dates available
• Both winner and guest must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi)
• Minors are not eligible to participate as winner or guest
• Winner and guest must comply with all local, state, and federal hunting laws and regulations – violations result in forfeiture.
• Winner and guest must provide proof of a valid hunting license during the verification process. Failure to submit valid documentation prior to prize confirmation will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Travel & Expense Responsibility:
FLIGHT/TRANSPORTATION TO THE HUNT LOCATION IS NOT INCLUDED.
The winner and guest are solely responsible for:

• Travel to and from the hunt location
• Additional lodging before or after the hunt
• Personal gear and equipment not provided
• Personal expenses, gratuities, and costs related to travel delays

Additional Notes:

• Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary
• No changes to travel arrangements are allowed without Sponsor approval
• HUNTCLUBUSA is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen travel issues

8. WINNER VERIFICATION & BACKGROUND CHECK

• Winner and guest must pass a background check
• A failed background check results in disqualification and forfeiture
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating the Official Rules

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• The prize must be accepted as awarded. No exceptions.
• No substitution, cash redemption, sale, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
• If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion with one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
• No warranty, representation, or guarantee is provided, express or implied, in connection with the prize.

10. TAXES & ADDITIONAL COSTS

• All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The winner may be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 and provide a valid U.S. Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes.
• If required by law, the value of the prize will be reported to the IRS and the winner on Form 1099-MISC or an equivalent tax form.
• Any other costs or expenses not explicitly listed as part of the prize, including but not limited to travel to and from the hunt location, accommodations before or after the event, meals outside of those provided, personal gear, and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUNTCLUBUSA, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for any of the following:

• Lost, late, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, delayed, damaged, illegible, or incomplete entries, regardless of cause.
• Postage-due mail, undelivered notifications, or communications not received due to participant error, technical issues, spam filters, or outdated contact information.
• Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to: malfunctioning servers, misconfigured networks, interrupted internet connections, failed transmissions, or software or hardware errors.
• Unauthorized human or automated intervention, tampering, hacking, cheating, or other forms of fraud or misconduct.
• Printing, typographical, administrative, or production errors in any promotional materials or communications.
• Claims, disputes, or damages of any kind related to the quality, performance, condition, or fitness of the prize or prize components.

If for any reason an entry is confirmed by Sponsor to have been lost, deleted, corrupted, or destroyed, the entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy is to receive one (1) replacement entry, if feasible, and only at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or related to participation, prize acceptance, or use.

12. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be executed as planned — including but not limited to fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, force majeure, pandemic, natural disaster, legal or regulatory restrictions, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion — Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions without prior notice:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part.
• If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the date of termination to award the prize.
• Disqualify any individual or entry Sponsor believes to be tampering with the entry process, violating the Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive, unethical, or unlawful manner.
• Pursue legal action, including civil or criminal remedies, against any person or entity attempting to compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner and guest expressly agree to be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded by the Sponsor or its authorized representatives during the hunt experience.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner and guest grant the Sponsor and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use the following for advertising, publicity, promotional, and trade purposes — in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, approval, or compensation:

• Name
• Photograph
• Likeness
• Voice
• Statements
• Biographical information
• Video and/or audio recordings taken during the prize experience

This release applies to all media formats, including but not limited to social media, websites, digital advertising, print, and broadcast. The winner and guest further agree to sign any additional publicity or media release documents reasonably requested by the Sponsor to confirm and formalize these rights.

14. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at:

By entering the Promotion, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor and its agents may collect, store, use, and process their personal information for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Administering the Promotion
• Verifying eligibility and contacting potential winners
• Awarding and fulfilling prizes
• Complying with legal and tax obligations

Participants also acknowledge and agree that such information may be shared with third parties as necessary for the operation and execution of the Promotion (e.g., prize fulfillment vendors, legal advisors, background check services, and regulatory authorities, if required).

In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, these Official Rules shall govern.

15. CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law:
These Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction:
By participating in the Promotion, entrants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, for all matters relating to the enforcement of these Official Rules, and waive any right to object to venue or jurisdiction.

Mediation Requirement:
As a condition of entry, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to this Promotion—including, without limitation, its administration, execution, or any prize awarded—must first be submitted to confidential, non-binding mediation in Washington County, Utah.
No other form of dispute resolution, including arbitration or litigation, shall be permitted unless and until mediation has been completed in good faith and the Sponsor provides written consent to proceed.

16. WINNER LIST

A list of the validated winner(s) will be available after the Promotion has officially concluded and the prize has been claimed and verified.
